Why can’t I help my children submit the homework?

Parent account only allows user to browse their children’s homework list and learning content. Only student account allows user to finish and submit online homework.

Why can’t I find the group messages on the online platform?

You can only find group messages on eClass Parent App, as all instant messages will only be sent to the Parent App.

What should I do if I forget the login password?

Just click “Forgot password” after entering the school name on the login page. Enter the login name and recovery email afterwards, you can then receive an email to reset password from your recovery email.

Please contact the school if you still cannot retrieve your login information, as all account details are managed by the school.
